Where we ship We currently ship within the United States.

Made to order Every item is made after you order. Your delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Production usually takes a few business days and can run longer in busy weeks, especially around the holidays.

Holiday order-by dates We post last-order dates for Christmas delivery on our Shipping and Delivery page once our production partners confirm them. Order early.

Shipping cost Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available.

Multiple items Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Your address Please check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot redirect an order once it is in production.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages Delivery dates are estimates, and carriers can be delayed. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and see our Refund policy.
