Once an order goes into production we cannot change it. Contact us right away and we will do our best, but we cannot promise a change.

No. Every item is made to order by our production partners using the exact text you enter. We choose the products and stand behind them.
Can I send a gift straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout.
What if my gift arrives damaged or wrong?
