- Check the preview and the spelling. What you type is exactly what we make.
- We make it to order and ship it directly to you or to the person receiving it.
Please double-check your text
Every item is made after you order, using the exact words you enter. We cannot correct spelling or capitalization once an order goes into production.
Character limits
Each product page shows how many characters fit. If your text is too long, shorten it before you order.
Custom items are final sale
Because each item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, or does not match the text you entered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
